Lake house cooking over the Fourth of July weekend: A buckwheat soba noodle salad; a star-shaped strawberry tart; a charcoal-grilled hamburger spread; and some damn-tasty six-hour-grilled ribs.
Scones, before and after. These only took about 30 minutes to make, and they’re super satisfying right out of the oven. Also, everyone at brunch thought I was very posh. (I’m not.)
